I just paid $47 USD for Sarah Beth's combo pack of 2 knitting secrets books, and the link that I was given requires a download code. In fact, it tells me that the code that I used (I haven't been given a code) has expired. I've been emailing the knittingtips.com link (as suggested if there is a problem) for 3 hours and yet to receive a response. I am furious.

Hmmm, I just came across this profile because I like knitting and knitting outfits for my kids Webkinz, but there are some angry comments about business practices. Maybe I'll stay away.

I have not received my product and I have reported her to the BBB and to my bank. Beware of this company before you buy anything. I think she is a scam artist.

Still haven't received the ebook "Lessons in Crochet" that I paid for. Nor can I get a response re this either. austij@education.wisc.edu

Sarah Beth, Looks like I'm not the only one having trouble getting your ebooks! I paid for my 2 Knitting Secrets books at $47 on April 3. knittingtips@yahoo.com couldn't find me, then when I sent a copy of my receipt they had me go to a link called knittingtips.com - NOT the site to download my books. Reading what others have said about you, and the fact that you're spending so much effort to help people worldwide, it seems that it's not YOU who is the problem, but the delivery system. i just wanted to let you know i got an email from your support people at knittingtips. thank you so much for getting back to me. or your staff. i love your stuff that you do. maybe with the emails that you send out you can put a contact info on it that way if anyone has questions or problems downloading things they can get a hold of you. that way people wont think bad of you because you do do a wonderful job. thanks again for your help. i just wanted to add this so people will know that you do indeed fix any problems you may get. i just am saying the contact info because if i didn't get your newsletter i would have not known where to turn too. that is why i am saying this. some people may have just got the one thing and had this happened and been up set. i want people to know that you do wonderfull things and i love to get your emails of everything. keep up the good job. angie.
